Quarry Outreach Project

 

Samuel’s church is based close to a quarry in Nyeri where men and women, some of whom are still in their teens, are working all day. The workers are working in difficult conditions with only hand tools to break up the rocks.

The Elim Church at Nyeri has developed a very fruitful ministry among the community that works at the quarry. They have provided practical materials such as protective gloves to the workers and food for the families and this has led to some of them coming to the church and committing their lives to Jesus.
